HOW TO ENTER
To enter, simply head to our entry platform and select the category you wish to enter. All entries will be reviewed by our expert judging panel. Please note additional information is required - see below. 

 

FABRICS, WALLPAPERS, FLOORING & COLOUR 
Please post samples to the Homes & Gardens head office by Friday 7th August:

Fabric, Wallpapers, Flooring and Paint which have launched in 2025 or by September 2026 will be considered.  

To ensure our judges can fully evaluate your design without managing oversized shipments, please follow the sample guidelines below:

Once your entry is submitted online, you will receive a printable Sample Form. You must attach this completed form directly to your physical samples when posting them to us. 

Fabrics & Wallpapers: Please submit 1 x sample large enough to display the full pattern repeat (no full rolls required), plus smaller swatches showing all additional available colourways.
Paint: 1 x A4 painted swatch or card showing the true finish and colour.
Flooring & Tiles: 1 x individual tile or 1 x A4 sample piece (or standard manufacturer sample size) for carpet, wood, or vinyl options.
Home Fragrance: 1 x full-size product 

Important Note on Returns & Logistics
Sample Return Policy: Due to the high volume of submissions, loose wallpaper samples, paint cards, and loose fabric samples will not be returned. 
Returnable Items: Fabric swatch books and flooring samples can be returned upon request. If you require these items returned after judging, you must explicitly flag this in and provide the return shipping address.

ENTRY FEE
£150 + vat per entry

There is no additional fee for logo usage. 

Extended Entry Deadline is 6th August 2026

LIGHTING, BATHROOMS, KITCHENS, FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES 

• Please submit high resolution images in your entry registration and a summary of why your product should win of no more than 150 words.
• Products must have launched between January 2023 and before September 2026. 

PROJECTS 

• Please submit images in your entry registration but we'd love to see more. You will be able to upload a pdf with multiple images or you are welcome to email images to: hgdesignawards@futurenet.com 
• You will be able to upload a press release or a description of the project
• Projects must have launched from January 2023 and before September 2026.
• Garden projects completed in the last 10 years can be submitted. Small gardens: A project of 150-500m2; may include roof gardens // Large gardens: A project +500m2
